Microduino RS485

The Microduino RS485 is a compact, low-power serial communication module built around the reliable MAX485 chip. It converts TTL logic levels into RS-485 differential signals, enabling stable, bidirectional data transfer between your microcontroller and other devices over long distances.

Operating in half-duplex mode with just two wires, this module supports data rates up to 2.5Mbps and switches between sending and receiving automatically or under program control. The onboard dial switch lets you choose the serial port (Serial, Serial1, or SoftwareSerial on pins 9 and 10), while the standard UPIN27 interface stacks neatly with Microduino Core and other extensions. A white bus socket on the side provides quick access to the differential lines.
