The Microduino mCookie OLED Display is a compact graphic module that adds a visual output to your electronics projects. Based on the reliable SSD1306 0.96-inch panel with a resolution of 128x64 pixels, it renders crisp white text, numbers and simple graphics against a dark background.
Thanks to its self-emitting OLED technology, no backlight is required, so the image stays clearly visible even in the dark while keeping power consumption low. It communicates over a simple I2C interface and operates at 3.3V, saving valuable IO pins for other components.
Like all mCookie modules, it features a stackable design with magnetic connections, spring-loaded pogo pins and a mint green building-block compatible shell, so you can snap it onto a mCookie Hub or stack it directly with other modules. The module is protected by a durable, colorful housing with rounded corners, as shown in the product image.
It is fully compatible with the Arduino IDE, as well as Mixly and Scratch for drag-and-drop programming, making it ideal for beginners, makers and STEM classrooms alike. It also works great with the Itty Bitty Buggy robot kit.
